   Horrible rude man, refused to give me my parcel because "he was tired". It was not the closing time I went there in the noon. I still don't have my parcel. The same guy was staring and asking my friend's number like a creep! That guy should be behind the bars. He doesn't have manners and is clearly a creep!

   Do not recommend. Such a horrible person. Brought in Evri parcels and the worker said hes “too tired” to scan in the parcels. What a joke!! Hope they close down

   Used this shop as a parcel collecting place and they give you the wrong parcels to people despite having to check IDs. Then the lady just says oh well and doesn’t do anything about it. Just so so rude.

   Rude staff and dodgy vapes. Denies receiving Vinted parcels when they are in fact there, they just cba to pass them onto us. Avoid.

   Staff are extremely rude and not helpful, Won't let me collect my parcel that I have had a confirmation saying its there. Ended up shouting at me in the shop and forcing me to leave. Will never be shopping here again and would discourage people from doing so until there is a change in attitude or staff.

   Very poor service from this store. They advertise on Google as an EVRI/Hermes drop off centre however whenever I drive several miles to come to drop off my parcel, I am treated in a rude and unwelcome manner. On two occasions I have been told I am not allowed to drop parcels because my parcels are too big and are causing obstructions even though my parcels are within the guideline provided by Hermes/EVRI. They communicate in a foreign language in a manner where they are obviously talking about you in your presence. Will be making a complaint to EVRI to consider removing them from the list of drop off centres as they clearly are not interested in that aspect of the business.
