   Was served by tracy and her customer service was appalling , an item was the wrong price and rang up more at the till so i couldn’t afford all my items anymore so asked her to take one item off and she rolled her eyes at me and sighed. The attitude that she expressed towards me was wrong and unnecessary

   Times are hard, cost of living crisis is on the news every day. This company offers value for money on so many things. Vastly improved its image over the last few years. Things like yoghurts are shorter dates than the major supermarkets, but who buys a yoghurt to keep for 6 weeks ? 4 Muller rice pots for £1. 80p each in the major stores. No brainer. You won't be able to buy everything here but you will make savings on a lot of things.

   Good choice of good and bargains. Staff are variable. I've just been in tonight and the staff were talking about customers very loudly... not very professional. It's much better when that guy Sean used to work there... he was really helpful and customer focused.
