My mother is receiving palliative care and as you can imagine needs her medication, staff in ballynahinch branch told me doctors didn’t send prescription up for her , later found out that this was absolute lies, doctor did send script but pharmacy did not have stock,which meant family had to go to out of hours doctor (as was weekend) and then travel 20 miles to get an out of hours chemist to open for us. Absolute disgrace
