I'm sorry, but I have never had a good experience here. Any time I go into pick up a prescription, I have to wait for ages, even when there are 5 or 6 people standing up top, behind the counter and maybe only one or 2 customers , there is generally only one person attending to the customers in the shop. The staff seem to like a queue to be waiting in a line with only one assistant serving the customers with several people standing, looking importantly up top behind the counter, much too busy to speak to the customers in the shop I go elsewhere now as there is no need to be waiting 20 minutes or more or a prescription while several staff stand around not doing much.
