    I went into Thomas Cook to book our summer holiday and a very pleasant young lady, Bronwyn Hancock served me. She was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. She was very efficient in finding exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend Thomas Cook in Southsea, as I have used them a number of times before. A very pleased and happy customer!

    Not the friendliest of staff! Visited the branch to get some Euro's, all the staff were serving customers at the time, so decided to go back a little later. On the third attempt I managed to get my Euro's. Not at anytime was I acknowledged whilst waiting and it was made clear I was an inconvenience!
