   Prescriptions are never ready despite ordering them many days before, i.e Ordered Tuesday, didnt receive notification so went to the shop and still not ready on the Saturday. Service is also very slow!

   I've been in this shop a number of times in the last few weeks as I've been staying in Banbridge. The staff are genuinely pleasant, helpful and eager to help. I attended today with my wife for her walk-in Booster jab and the pharmacy staff couldn't have been any more pleasant and helpful if they tried. (Young blonde lady in normal clothes at pharmacy, very tall man at pharmacy and lady who administered jab in normal clothes were all superb) I also noticed the same superb level of customer service to other customers. Great service and great store.
