   I handed in a script from the dentist, I was then left waiting for ages, until someone asked me was I waiting on a script I said I was then I was asked my name was then told she couldn't find it I told her sure I handed it to you myself, then I was told it would be out soon, I did eventually get my stuff. Can be very slow at times .

   Thank you to Ben today who provided excellent customer care when I attended to collect a prescription. Ben was the only counter staff who made the effort to ensure I was getting served.When he realised I needed assistance he gave 100 Percent and carefully listened to my request. This young man deserves recognition for his fantastic customer care. Much appreciated Ben.

   I have had multiple injuries and surgeries including spinal fusion, pins and screws in both my legs. In alot of pain so I'm prescribed dihydrocodeine and paracetamol in a pharmacy in lisburn. I ran out this morning and wanted something to help the pain especially in the colder weather. I was refused co codamol tablets because I usually take Codeine. Was shocked and didn't make sense.

   Very expensive was charged 14 pounds for estradot patches that I was able to purchase elsewhere in Newry in the medical hall and mckeevers pharmacy for 9 pounds 60 so would not recommend

   Very expensive pharmacy. I got 1 atrovent inhaler for £13.34. Same inhaler in another pharmacy in newry is £9.34. Too much price difference. Never coming back.

   Lovely relaxed atmosphere were everybody is treated with upmost respect,and the staff always have a smile. Anybody using the services of Mc Cartans for the first time will realise why I think they are the best pharmacy in town .
