   The service at this convenience store is quite good, and the staff are friendly. However, some of the items I needed were not very fresh, which was a bit disappointing.

   Only came in for a drink while heading back home. Shelves empty, fridges average filled, said morning to the cashier nothing! Like didn't want to be there :/ c/s not really to standard in that shop don't know why it's open and there. I think the company needs to be having a look about this really.

   Staff here are not the nicest people you will meet. Me and my autistic cousin was having a look around because he likes to have a look before he buys (autism) and I bought what I wanted.the woman realy must not like younger people "pound" she said no please or thanks. I gave her the pound and she slammed it into the bod and said "yep" and gave me my drink aggressively. They was another woman in the queue and she was nicer to her "hiya that's just a pound please" she said to her. "Thanks lovely" she said as she walked away. She realy doesn't like kids.

   Three staff gossiping loudly about colleagues who obviously weren't there. My wife went to the counter with what she wanted to pay for. The woman behind the till said, "£1.25." no please no thank you, no eye contact! She was very ignorant

   Extremely overpriced doesn't let school kids i was waiting outside for about an hour and they wouldn't let me in but every time an adult came they were letting them in immediately and then shutting the door again so the kids couldn't come in and constantly checking the security cameras

   The staff are amazing and that’s about as far as it goes with this place. I cannot believe that no one has mentioned the prices in here! This place is in the middle of a council estate where people obviously do not have a lot of money. And then we get Martin McColl slapping l shops in the most poverty stricken places and charges an absolute fortune for everyday items. Boycott McColls and support your local shop and local business and lets start putting money into our own economy’s! Ghumans on southcoates lane is the closest local owned business to McColls. Even the premier shops (wharfedale and Taylor’s) are sister shops of Tesco !!!!
