   I have been coming to this store for years and one of their members of staff was really rude towards me. A woman with a blonde ponytail (roughly mid 40s) talked down over me all because of some misunderstanding over the opening times. She falsely accused me of being "aggressive" and claimed I visited the shop 3 times today, I told her to watch the CCTV footage, I was not aggressive, I visited the store 2 times, not 3. Also, this woman is always horrible to me, a few times when I have bought scratch cards, she purposely makes me show my ID (which is in my birth name). My mother has already explained to the store staff my times that I am autistic and got learning difficulties so I get confused with things very easily. Even the store manager had no problem and agreed it was a misunderstanding but this woman in particular has a really bad attitude. I have reported to the head office of One Stop and Tesco as I felt really uncomfortable.

   For the 7th time I had to walk from my house to the store because One Stop couldn’t get my order right. I bought 2 sandwiches, a yogurt and a 1 litre bottle of drink and instead they gave me a 400ml drink. When I arrived, their workers misgendered me (which made me feel very uncomfortable) and I explained to them that the whole reason I ordered from JustEat was because I was sick and bedridden so it frustrates me that I had to walk in the dark and cold just to get the right item. 7 times I have had to do this because of their incompetence. I will never shop here ever again, I feel highly insulted and the workers are lazy!

   Thanks for ruining my night I am ill and I ordered some jacket potatoes and beans on just eat for you to say 20 minutes later the potatoes are out of stock!!!! Why say stuff is available on the app when it never is its ridiculous.

   Some of the rudest women I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. The manager is especially bitter with her miserable existence, and thinks it's ok to take that out on disabled customers. I'll never shop here again, and I hope the rude staff are shown the door asap.

   I call in once a week always on a Sunday for my morning paper. Staff absolutely brilliant helpful and good senses of humour. Had a quick look round and saw that shelves well stacked with every day goods. Covid 19 being complied with.
