   Do not order online from this store purchased a dartboard it came wrapped in bubble wrap no packaging, the box the board comes in was damaged and had holes in it. The number ring on the dart board was completely warpped and coming away on the board. Contacted shop a week ago and have had no reply. AVOID

   Customer service is absolutely shocking. Went in with the intention of trying some sets of darts to help me decide on a final purchase. Before I even threw the first dart I was asked if I was buying darts today. My exact answer was “I’m not sure yet I have a few sets in mind but trying them first”. I was then told that if i wasn’t sure I was buying darts then I could not try them. They have a try before you buy offer, made clear by signs inside and outside the store. If I’m not allowed to try the darts then how will I know if I want to buy them. I will be sure to let my family and friends know about this incompetent establishment. Absolute disgrace Edit reply to owner: as I stated in my review I hadn’t even got a chance to try one set. So suggesting I was spending 20 minutes with darts is just pure lies

   Sorry mate, Stop the lies please. I had the darts one day. And didn’t use them once… Yous said on the phone i could change the darts as i was not happy with them and they were clearly used. This is a disgrace. If your the “owner” you were not there when i purchased or returned to the shop and should definitely deal with things better. No point in lying about the situation to make it look better on the reviews mate. You said you would sort the problem out and didn’t. Couldn’t even give me a flight that was the same as the original set. Terrible terrible shop and very bad with dealing with customer problems. Dont buy from here folks. Also yous keep saying “i’ve had them several days” i purchased them on wednesday and called to yous on thursday. How that is several days i’m not sure. What im getting from this is you are trying to lie to make the reviews look better as you are trying to make me out to be a liar. The darts and flights were damaged it’s not hard to accept it was not acceptable to sell darts that were used and damaged. Telling me on the phone i could change the darts and id get a new set of “the same flights” making me make a 40 minute journey to give me a plain black flight not even the same colour as the original set. Struggle to believe this shop is even in business anymore. Joke of a shop. Absolute disgrace, Plenty of other shops about folks. I suggest ordering off dartshopper or amazon. Your better off throwing your money down the toilet. Again with ur lies. Keep saying i have the darts several days when i didn’t use them once took them out of box and the flight was broken and darts were damaged. Rang yous and then called in the next day after being told i could change them. Problem is not going to be solved mate. I’m just trying to tell everybody online my experience in dart city and that i don’t recommend going for a place to look for darts there’s plenty others they can go to.

   DO NOT BUY from this store. I bought darts for £90. Went home and flights were falling apart when i tried to put it on and darts were clearly used and damaged. Rang them and they said to call up and i did and they give me 1 flight which was unbranded not even the same as the flights that came with the darts. This place is a no go and definitely do not recommend. Very rude in the way they deal with customers also.

   Could have bigger sign. Got all the essentials at a very competitive price and a board to practice on. Try before you buy is a great idea for anyone trying to figure out what dart suits their throw.
