Took a UPS parcel, the guy didn't give me any sort of a ticket, very broken English. 8 days later I went back to ask if my parcel was lost or there was an issue and he just denied even accepting parcels. DO NOT risk giving him any sort of UPS parcel!!!

Shocking customer service and the shop absolutely stinks, couldn't stand been in there. Would advise on using a face mask in this place and not because of covid either.
Firstlane Shop in local, so convenience for shopping, good customer services and available of stock all the times. And alcohol are so cheaper than supermarket. Accept card payment as well ,enjoy shopping at first lane convenience shop.
