   Part of it attitude is very friendly, and part of it attitude makes people feel that she doesn't welcome you. The new young girl is very friendly and always smiles. An old lady have an unfriendly attitude. Due to work, I often need to send parcels. If it were that old lady, she would always behave very unhappy, which makes me feel uneasy as if I have done something wrong. God knows I'm just sending a parcels. This led me to have to take a long detour to send it to other farther places, at least the staff in other places wouldn't make me feel uneasy. I hope this old lady can be transferred to another store soon, Amen

   Went in and there were 2 members of staff. The old woman made a face when I walked in to the post office bit, she was more bothered about putting stock away, this isnt the first time. Never smiles, extremely poor customer service skills, chats away to other staff while serving. If you cant deal with a busy shop then maybe you shouldnt work there. Other staff was very nice and polite. Need more experienced staff with people skills

   Been in twice today to use the post office counter. Turned away both times as the staff member 'is on their own'. You have my parcel....I would like to able to retrieve it. Sign says...if the shop's open, we're open. Clearly not true!

   Been in this shop a few times, out of convenience more then going in there because the staff r nice ( not) shocking . There rude and ignorant. They find it hard to say thankyou. They need to find some manners and a smile

   Staff are always lovely, friendly and helpful. The manager is doing a wonderful job and helping to raise excellent staff. Bar one or two of the staff the rest are amazing and the new starter who’s been there a month has picked it up so quickly I’m so impressed!

   I often visit the Fairfax avenue store, all of the staff inside are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help customers and are always very talkative and happy to serve they will always greet you with a smile even when they had just been receiving abuse from a customer who was ahead of the queue who had decided to drag their fat arse into the store and talk to the staff in a disgusting manor. To summarise, the shop has excellent employees but unfortunately for them the store seems to attract scum who think they should have a red carpet laid out for them upon entry.

   I went to mccalls this morning for 2 bagettes. There were none but the nice lady said if i waited 10 mins she would bake some for me. I did this and was presented with 2 freshly baked bagettes. You can't beat that. Well done

   Firstly, this shop is very overpriced with tesco and sainsburys down the road you'd think they would lower the prices. Secondly, the staff are ignorant and rude, half the time they don't even acknowledge you. The post office section is slow, they have no idea what they're doing because they are not royal mail staff, lord knows why they closed the actual post office in there. The manager is lazy and clueless. Staff clearly lead by example. I avoid going here if I can and I would recommend others do the same.
