   Went there for a friend's birthday...what a good night. The atmosphere was lovely, the band were brilliant, the bar staff were friendly,the prices were exceptional and there were raffles and blackouts going on with some lovely prizes. We are in the process of joining.

   Absolutely stunning evening here with a work colleague, the staff are impeccably trained and extremely helpful. I had the homemade salmon and haddock fishcakes which were expertly made and beautifully dressed with samphire and pea shoots. My colleague had their homemade guinness beef pie which was also magnificent. Would highly recommend if you are visiting nearby.

   Great place for a catch up with mates. You have to be a member or be signed in by a member. Plenty going on in there. Meat raffle, bingo, live music, TV with the sport on.

   I have just performed a magic show here as Adam The Magic Music Man. I found this to be a really nice venue with side access and a place to park and unload equipment. The was a nice ambiance which I believe contributed towards it being a great party.

   The staff are very attentive, polite and witty. The clientele - particularly in the bar side are a joy to mingle with. It is akin to being in one of the most exclusive gentleman's clubs in Soho. The lounge is light and airy, though you should understand that the "no saving seats" rule DOES NOT apply to the Sunday night Bingo crew! Great place to wile away those sunny afternoons or drizzly evenings :-)
