I use this local shop several times a week, competitive prices and very helpful staff. Use it or lose it!!!
I went in to send a parcel back. The label machine wasn't working but didn't get any explanation as of why until another gentleman came in and said that the machine wasn't working the day before either !! I was made to feel that it was my fault that the QR code on my phone wasn't working. This was not the case. If the grumpy, rude bloke behind the counter had explained this and told me another shop I could take my parcel to I would not be complaining !!! Needless to say I will not be using the shop ever again. Really angry !!!
The regular shopkeeper is a grumpy chap! Makes you feel guilty for using their Evri service..I avoid it now
Great for returning parcels etc. Bit cramped & tight for space inside but has all the essentials.

evri drop off - shop owner refuses half the parcels if he feels they are too big claiming he gets upto 150+ parcels per day as the driver rejects them as they fill up their vans, yet i went into the back last few times and mine was the only parcel there, went to other evri branches which happily accepted my parcels with no problems whatsoever, spoke to evri customer services and several drivers which have denied what the shop owner claims at maple news and have always been more then happy to grab any parcels from maple news its just the shop owner being difficult, as for the shop there is absolutely no room to move its a massive health and safety hazard, if you go in with a bag your likely to wipe half the shop contents out, wont be going again
Don't wear a back pack. You will knock everything over. The shop is piled up to the brim with no room to turn around. I deliver parcels here
Went to pick a parcel that had been delivered ..waited a while for a gentleman to come out of the back and when he did come out he continued his conversation on his mobile all the time he served me .call me old fashioned but what happened to customer service .
Fab little shop, can always get what I need especially as they're open until 9pm. I've always recieved friendly service with a smile, would definately reccommend to others
It's a good shop really but always running out of things shame as it's a handy and staff nice and pleasant
