Terrible service! Uninterested in clients and poor communication. One and half years later my mother in law is STILL waiting for the sale of her property to complete. The buyers mortgage deal has already expired once and will soon expire for a second time due to the terrible service Tinsdills have provided throughout this process. This should have been a very simple sale with no chain involved, but Tinsdills have made this whole process incredibly stressful and they still refuse to provide an answer as to when the sale will be completed, meaning that the current buyer will most likely have to pull out. If you actually want to sell your property steer well clear of Tinsdills.
Andrew Burrows dealt with the sale of our home and subsequent purchase of our new property. He was patient, thorough and concise at every stage of the process. The purchase was by no means straight forward, but Andrew persisted with our queries to get a resolution. He was in touch with us regularly and was very rarely unavailable when we tried to contact him- if he was in meetings, he would always call us back the same/next day. He even opened the office early for us to sign our contracts, as we couldn't get the extra time off work.
