Weekly cleans been done for the last 2 years by Jelena and her team and everything was fantastic! Would have recommended in a flash. Unfortunately though, lack of communication; very short notice for them cancelling; and slipping standards recently have forced us to look for a new cleaning Company
I called the number as stated on the website for a moving out cleaning job. I was told by the lady in charge that I was to pay 25 pounds per hour. I agreed to it and then she sent told me that I would take between 2hrs- 10hrs for cleaning. I agreed to it stil. They cleaned the house for approximately two hours and sent me bill that was not communicated prior before time telling me that the cleaning was done by 3 people and so therefore I should pay for each cleaner per hour for 25 pounds. Called the lady to explain to me why I should pay that amount and raised her voice at me through the phone stating that agreed to it. I tried to explain to her that was not the original agreement as it was even sent to me via text message but she and her cleaner went further to threaten me. I am very much displeased to how I was spoken. They don’t know how to speak to customers.
Very professional and flexible around my schedule when needed. Super fast clean and yet very thorough! I have two young children and a dog, they keep my house looking amazing!! All staff are so friendly and professional. They bring all their own supplies. I have even hired them for a post party clean up. Highly recommend for all cleaning services needs!
AB10 6PL Jelena and her team have been cleaning our house (with 2 kids and a dog) for almost a year now. A very reliable and thorough service and kind friendly people taking care of the home. Would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a housekeeper to rely on. Had absolutely no issues with no show even at christmas time and I'm amazed how much they get done in a very short time.
Just fabulous, so reliable and the house is always absolutely spotless!! I could clean for days and never get it to the same standard. We have been using Alisandra cleaning services for almost a year and they have come every week without fail, even on Christmas eve!! Such a dedicated and professional outfit. Would highly recommend.
