What a Brilliant evening we had while staying at The Wight. Solent City Sound were great entertainment along with the videos and the music. Our classic car group had a throughly enjoyable evening! Even playing some Steps! Thank you for making some lovely happy memories of our trip to the Isle of Wight.

Had a BRILLIANT Night at the 50th anniversary of Solent City Sounds down at the Ryde Castle. The music was varied and satisfied all the different age groups that were there. There was lots of dancing, from EVERYONE and for those that needed a rest they could sit back and watch the videos on the big screen. Was really great catching up with friends from the past and making new friends. It was lovely to see all the D.Js from the past taking a turn and reminding everyone about the WONDERFUL times that we used to have at the La Babalu. Thanks Dave, Malcolm and all the other d.js for an unforgettable night!!!!!!!!!
Just been to Ryde castle 50th anniversary of Dave Cannon Solent City Sound. Best night out in years! Thanks guys, do it again!
As part of a group who were recently entertained by Dave and his audio visual system I can say that we all enjoyed it very much indeed.Shortly before the evening got underway,Dave circulated the group for requests,these as it happened,were primarily 50s,60s70s,and 80s.During the course of the evening all the requests were played together with the appropriate visual accompaniment.There was also another screen showing adverts covering the same period............Nostalgia bigtime! Under normal circumstances some of our number would have slid off to bed but in this case everyone stayed until the very end.Dave entertained us without a break! Anyone who would like a great alternative to the bog standard disco and have a nights memorable entainment should contact Dave
