Unfortunately, I must say I had a terrible experience with AAA. Despite having chosen this company after seeing their outstandingly positive reviews, we requested a quote via email which clearly mentioned the hall, 2 bedrooms, study, stairs and living room to be carpet shampooed which we were quoted £340. We then explicitly asked how much this quote would be without the stairs and study and we were quoted £240. We were at work all day, so we kindly requested for the work to be carried out in our absence and that we would leave our flat key in a hidden place for them to collect. The hallway was not carpet shampooed and there were patches of dirt/soil left on several places of the newly shampooed carpets. When we found out about the hallway not being done I demonstrated the email with written confirmation and evidence to them that we requested for the hall to be done and that this was agreed and they said to us that it would be a lot of work to get the hose and equipment up the stairs again in order to do just the hallway and that doing the hallway would be an extra £100. This was not what we agreed to and I am extremely disappointed that I have clearly been taken advantage of due to my inability to witness the work being carried out first hand. Due to the companies miscommunication and incorrectly related information and quote, we had to suffer the consequences and were left with very little time to rectify this error.
I recently had all the carpets in my home cleaned by AAA Carpet Care, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They took great care with every room, and the results speak for themselves — my carpets look and feel like new! It was immediately clear that they’ve been doing this for years — they really know what they’re talking about. They took the time to explain the entire process to me, which I really appreciated, and even let me get a look at the impressive machine they use. Their attention to detail was outstanding; they didn’t rush anything and made sure everything was done to the highest standard. I truly cannot recommend AAA Carpet Care highly enough. I’ll absolutely be using them again in the future!
A very friendly and professional deep-cleaning service. I would happily recommend Brian and his, clearly, very high standards in his trade. My building's staircase carpet was the dirtiest you could fine and it now looks very clean and fresh. The deep-cleaning was thorough and meets the highest cleansing standard I hoped it could get.
The carpets look so much better! We tried using a Rug Doctor ourselves a few months ago with disappointing results, after Brian had been though the change was amazing - I had actually forgotten how light the carpet was! Brian was very helpful and responsive throughout, I’d highly recommend his services.
I contacted AAA cleaning as my son had been sick on the carpet and sofa. Brian was able to come round within a couple of hours and clean both. Outstanding service and value, would highly recommend them.
