Really helped me out with a last minute dress needed for a wedding. Dropped it off Thursday morning and it was ready Friday morning. Managed to get out some really stubborn fake tan stains!
Amazing dry cleaners, fast effective, great communication! My clothes were done the same day ( I was very rushed and last minute) called me to update me on time and prices! Clothes come beautifully folded and soooo soft! Best I’d ever seen my towels! Honestly couldn’t recommend enough and I will be going back weekly now! Also had expensive blankets- dry cleaned perfectly ❤️
Great service!! Brought my entirely white jacket here after staining it in several places, and it looked good as new after being dry cleaned. Friendly and welcoming environment too. Definitely recommend!
We took our 10 year old grubby sofa cushions covers down from Shetland (no dry cleaning service since last year) and were absolutely delighted with the service. The staff were thorough and very pleasant and we couldn’t believe how well the covers had turned out! Almost like new! Thanks to all at Rosemount Dry Cleaners, we’ll no doubt be back again!
They were fantastic! They sorted out a coco pop spill on a kingsize duvet for me and had it ready to collect within 4 hours. Really friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend.
Totally incompetent & unprofessional. They took 3 weeks and destroyed a very expensive jacket while attempting to remove a tiny remnant of a stain - which the boss assured me he could do. Ended up with a 6" x 4" bleached out patch and a 1" diameter area virtually rubbed through. Treated the whole jacket at least twice, by his own admission, rather than just the small stain: result - texture of fabic like sandpaper. Boss then refused to show up when I arranged collection.
After reading good reviews I went to this dry cleaners with a dress with complicated leather effect detail. The girl serving immediately realised that dependant on whether the leather was imitation on not would be a factor in the process used to clean the dress. She said she would refer to the manager before committing to clean the dress. She was very helpful, professional and friendly. The manager Andy phoned me later that day. He had already telephoned the dress manufacturer for advice before committing to clean the dress. Outstanding service. Result - dress looking as good as the day it was bought. Thank you.
Absolutely excellent service! I called at the last minute as I was in abit of a rush to have a blazer dry cleaned. The blazer was picked up from where I was located and delivered to me early enough next day. I will definitely use this service again. I gave 4 stars because the ironing could be a tiny bit better but overall I am pleased!
