Good place, kids approve. Nice pond and cafe. Plenty of green.

Set of swings out of action, no bin in the area, lots of dog mess around. Kids seemed to be enjoying themselves on the equipment they had covered all ages.

Brought my family here as the grandchildren wanted to play and its quite central. Love the new, green rubber ground around this area. New apparatus have been installed and there were plenty to choose from. (Zip lines seem to be so popular with children these days so I am surprised that a couple haven't been put in here as there's plenty of room. Although I suspect there's not plenty of money to install one or two.) Shame. Still, the children loved it.

The Separation Of Darkness And Light ★★★☆☆
In the day, it's fine it's a nice place, but my issues come in when it is night/ late in the evening, that's when the anti social people will come, and terror everyone, fight, vandalise, but you will also see underage drinkers and smokers, so go in the day, not evening/night.

Could be good, but gets muddy when it rains. Also watch out for the bullish unregistered childminders (with dogs, which aren’t allowed) who bring armies of children who then run wild and mostly unminded while the childminders look at their phones. We were visiting after a holiday in Edinburgh. The contrast in playgrounds between the two places couldn’t have been greater.
