   Ridiculously outstanding service, my wife offered to buy me new arrows for Christmas, as a returning customer I went to Quicks. Spoke with Phil who examined my 2 year old arrows , was happy the were straight as an arrow and suggested re- fletching . Fantastic personal service, , why would you buy on line. I spent less than £20, saved my wife hundreds . Well worth the drive of 65 miles

   After completing a beginner’s course I decided to take up archery and looked to Quicks for support with all the equipment I needed. Upon arriving for my appointment I was met by Ash who was extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating taking the time to make sure all the equipment was explained and tested. I found the whole experience warm and friendly with the customer in mind and making me feel at ease from the start. Highly recommend for anyone who is new to archery as you can’t get this level of support from buying online. Although watch out for the puns.

   Had a bow setup done at Quicks Archery and it was brilliant. Andrew spent about three hours with me, really taking the time to get everything right. He was friendly, helpful, and clearly knows his stuff. Helped size my arrows properly, set up all the gear to suit me, and explained where it was worth spending a bit more. I came away with exactly what I needed and felt confident using it. Top service.

   I want to say a massive thanks to Phil for his expert knowledge, time, care and attention helping me select the right equipment on Saturday. I'm new to the sport so everything is a bit of a mystery, but Phil diligently walked me through all the options, letting me test and try, whilst explaining them in terms I could understand. He spent so much time helping me I think we went through his lunch break, but nothing was too much trouble and every question answered. In an era where you think shops just try to sell you anything, Quicks and Phil are an absolute gem. I can't recommend enough.

   Had a brilliant experience purchasing my first recurve bow. Dan took great care of me, expertly guiding me through finding the perfect equipment to suit my needs and ability. Huge range of bows, a range to test on upstairs, and for people travelling far, there are toilet facilities on site. Competitive prices too vs the other shops in southern England. Can't recommend enough!

   Knowledgeable staff. Incredibly helpful and appear to enjoy their work (how unusual is that these days!). Make sure you book an appointment as detailed on their website. They will spend as much time as you need once you arrive and you are not rushed just because you have a time allocation.

   As I'm a beginner I booked in an appointment so I could make sure I got the right kit for me. My archery teacher recommended a Kinetic Scopus riser and what poundage I should get for limbs and it was all ready to test when I arrived. Phil and Ashley were super informative and helpful and made sure I got the right equipment for my needs, measuring my draw length, testing out different arrows and limb strengths. I've been bugging them with questions since and they're incredibly kind and patient answering them! Everything seems very competitively priced, and I would wholeheartedly recommend paying them a visit. The staff are archers too so they completely understand and know a customers needs. I'm over the moon with my new bow! Thanks so much. I'll definitely be returning for whatever I need next :)
