   Took my very old (pre ferrule) along to Marc to see if it was worth having a ferrule fitted. What can I say but a new brass ferrule fitted, new tip and the whole cue given a complete make over! Marc found some areas that were damaged and repaired them too. A new oiling and waxing and boy does it feel good now. Great workmanship, very reasonably priced, very happy, great knowledge and advice with advice on other aspects too like vision check out his youtube videos. Oh and I purchased a new cue too from a great range. Thanks Marc.

   Another amazing job by Marc, took my cue over for a refurb, Marc filled the grain and the cue was then sealed and oiled. It is now super smooth and looks and feels great. The difference in the before and after is worlds apart. Marc has great knowledge and skill and is very personable. Cue was ready in just a couple of days and the price was very fair.    Wish I could give more than 5 stars! I have a Peradon snooker cue that needed looking at: the joint kept coming loose, the cue itself was looking dull and overall wasn’t feeling very smooth. My dad dropped it off and Marc was so efficient; it was ready within a day. The cue now feels and looks absolutely amazing, like brand new. I’d recommend Marc to anyone who wants their cue restored to perfection, he is the business.

   Cue is fantastic, The design is just exquisite I love it.    I can not recommend enough Snooker Crazy. We purchased a cue and unfortunately it was slightly dented by a third party a week or so after receiving it. I contacted Marc and he has given nothing but exceptional customer service, he gave advice on what to do and what not to do with the dent, he provided me with steel wool and lint paper at no charge to enable me to rectify the small problem and he has shown a genuine care for me as a customer. He has been in regular email contact and because of his advice and support the cue is in perfect condition again. A genuine business owner who actually cares about his clients and the products he sells. An absolute pleasure to do business with and we will continue to support Snooker Crazy.
