The staff were very knowledgeable and were happy to help even despite my very casual approach to swimming. Despite catering to professionals, I didn't feel alienated buying shorts from them. Would recommend for anyone looking for high quality swimming equipment at affordable prices.
Excellent knowledge and very helpful when I was looking for a new pair of goggles. Unlike most shops where you just have to read the blurb on the packaging and hope for the best, here they advise you which goggles will work for your face shape and intended activity, then let you try different models on to check the fit before committing. Now I have the best goggles I've ever owned and they weren't expensive either. Thoroughly recommended.

This is a really good independent from shop run by experts. It's a family business and they really know their stuff. I was impressed with the expert advice and the attention to detail provided by their fitting service for my daughter. We had so many questions and they had all the answers. No more online shopping for suits for us.. They have great stock and the advice is invaluable.
My experience of this company is through online shopping. I have not visited the shop itself, but I intend to if I am ever in the area! The prices are very reasonable and the customer service I received was second -to-none! When my initial purchase unfortunately needed to be returned, I contacted the store and they could not have been more helpful - ensuring that my problem was resolved in time for my son’s race day! I was also reassured by the helpful advice and obvious product knowledge of the lady I spoke to. So I would not hesitate to use Swim Stop again and highly recommend it.
