Excellent place to visit and spend a day.The woodland has a path running through it with bins and benches dotted about. Some art pieces to look out for. Nice walled garden to see, kids play areas, crazy golf, farming museum, Hall, land train and cafes.

Walled Garden is the highlight. Plenty of country park to walk around. Good value at £8 each includes Parking. Cafe shows promise , some effort going into cooking, and pleasant service, unfortunately despite a very quiet day the lunch special had sold out by 1:15pm. Still better than many NT cafes.

We visited today and this review reflects our experience. On a nice sunny September day, beautiful location and grounds, plenty to do for families, kids and adults. Walled garden was a treat, cafe was nice and reasonable prices, £13 for two pieces of cake and coffee. Entry price also good at £8 per adult including parking. Look at the deer feeding times in winter as this must be great to see. All in all a great day out. Could benefit maybe from some more wildlife attractions, but cannot really fault this venue for a day out.

A great day out with plenty to see! This is the former ancestral family home of Samantha Cameron, wife of our former Prime Minister David Cameron. The walled garden was beautiful and full of beautiful flowers, plants, and vegetable patches! The gardeners were friendly and informative! The house has been turned into an interactive museum depicting life of the families residing there. There’s plenty of parkland to walk around with a farming museum by the entrance. It’s full of farming machinery alongside memories of different trades/business of that era. There lots for kids to do, but the miniature railway had a sign saying it was open on Sundays. The cafe had limited/basic menu. So recommend you bring a picnic!!

We took the kids here to fly their kites on the weekend. They loved every minute of it. The land train was great. They loved feeding the ducks and the one roaming rooster. Got a few bits at the cute little gift shop. We also went for a bite at lunch time, at the cafe. Some lovely pies and chips to be had. The cake section could do with a bit more variety. Very friendly staff as well.

A lovely well kept place, plenty of open space to have a nice leisurely stroll around, feed the ducks, go have a nice look in the hall itself, see some deer and spot the peacocks. A years entry is a more than reasonable price if your close by and fancy it as a trip out.

Loved it here. Had a family day out and we were there all day. The grounds are lovely with plenty of areas for picnics. The cafe is very reasonable. The play park was faband my 5 year old loved it. There is a land train which takes you on a little tour which was nice. The manor house it self was lovely and the kids could even dress up in clothes from the era. Lots of areas to explore with a wodden play house in the woods

It’s perfect for a photographer especially in spring. You’ll find it well taken care of and it’s really enjoyable for a quick walk around. I’d recommend a telephoto lens when shooting here because you can capture some great wild life. This is Scunthorpe’s greatest asset. Also social media love the pictures from here.

Great place for a day out, with lots to do. Stately home visit, the best play park for the kids, wonderful walks in the grounds, a land train, crazy golf and a marvelous museum.......I can't recommend Normanby Hall highly enough, it's well worth 5 stars, in my opinion.
