The place really good, very clean, new equipment. It's just the third party mobile app is terrible. To get it setup you have to give your email address to them to reset a password rather than following the app instructions. They could of told you that when you signed up. The gym should do more for under 16s maybe a daily hit class. I can't see the point of family membership if your kids are under 16.

Love coming here — the pool is clean, the football is competitive, and squash gives me the illusion of fitness for approximately 12 minutes. Perfect.

Swimming pool is good temperature, clean and not too crowded. Vitality suite is a bit of luxury, includes sauna, steam room jacuzzi and thermal bed.

The website doesn’t reflect what’s actually happening at the venue. My parents checked it ahead of taking my two children during the week it suggested no need to book, come on down and enjoy a swim. Upon arriving at 11.30 they were advised the children’s pool was not accessible due to classes taking place - not reflected on their website. They had to take the kids to the large pool, my kids are 5 & 8.. they’re not confident swimmers, the wee one could just about touch the bottom of the shallow end. My parents asked if they could borrow some floats / noodles (as there was a large stock pile not being used) the staff member approached suggested asking another staff member as he wasn’t sure, the other staff member my parents were directed too suggested checking with the original chap who wasn’t sure…. this was a tuesday morning with three people in the main pool. Eventually they decided it wasn’t appropriate to let small kids use floatation devices. When my 5 year old used a rope in the pool to lean on so she could catch her breath, she was shouted at by a young girl with a whistle sitting in her lifeguard chair “get off the ropes, you’re not allowed to hold on to the ropes” I’m sorry, get a grip!! Fix your website and stop being absolute psychopaths about children safety. Needless to say, we’ll not be back. Absolutely shocking service.

Lovely modern pool. Learner's pool is perfect for taking a baby/toddler/little one into as the water is comfortably warm. At the weekend they have the fountains, bucket and shower on which makes the Learner's pool really fun. Lots of changing rooms available. Very accessibility friendly. Car park isn't the largest.
