i wanted to ask for a price for an official authorised translation of a birth certificate, that’s all. First, I tried to contact this office by phone and i never got an answer so i decided to go their location. After waiting for over 40 mins, i was told the lady that can give me a price is only in on Friday and Saturday. So i came back on Friday and again after over 40 min of waiting i was told that the lady that can give me a price is sick, so i was told i can leave the certificate there and the lady will call me on Saturday. Saturday came and i received no phone calls. I tried calling the office again and there was no answer so again i decided to go there in person. After almost 1h and 30 mins the lady told me that they can do translations but not authorised translations but they can ask for a quotation from a different company, the same company i contacted myself directly. After all this, i was asked to pay £10 for answering a question ? So i hot charged for asking for a price for a translation ??! How come is this even legal? There was 0 consultancy needed, all i asked was a price, which by the way i never got because if they were gonna use the same company anyone can access via the website, it only made sense for me to deal with them directly. The £10 i paid was never justified and i was never provided with a receipt either. Unprofessional to say the least. I cannot recommend this place
