I was desperate for some clean clothes being without any plumbing at home temporarily. Lovely friendly welcome and I was offered same day pick-up. Perfect.

    Handed in a hooded top with a small stain and was returned after 5 months with more stains and 4 small holes. Do not accept liability and gives false information. Don’t get back to you unless you chase them up. Very poor service.
