Theatre was freezing and pitch black when we went in they only turned the lights on when the film started (surely it should be the other way around) also picture size was too small for the screen which we could hardly see due to the lights. We will not be returning.

Itβs a cheap cinema, and has a variety of films showing, however some areas are quite dated like the toilets and entrance foyer. If this cinema was refurbished and brought up to modern day standards it would be a lot better than what it is.

Honestly the nicest staff! It's a small cinema, but it has such a cute retro vibe, my husband and I love going here because it reminds of the cinemas we used to go to as kids! Really good value for money too.

Staff are always super friendly and the tickets are cheaper than most cinemas. We like this place above other cinemas in the area

Me and my friend both went to go see magic mike in the cinema as itβs our only day off work for the next month and my friend has got a babysitter purely so we could go see the film today. We are both over the age of 18 and got asked for ID which is fair enough because we get told we look quite young for our age. We both had legal forms of Id but apparently the form my friend showed wasnβt sufficient enough and the women serving us with the black hair was very rude and condescending to us acting like weβre children even though my friend had provided proof that she also works 40 hours a week. She also looked at my driving license for a suspiciously long amount of time almost hinting at something. Weβve never had this problem before at any other cinema. Very disappointing as this is the only cinema that still does tango ice blasts. NEEDS SERIOUS IMPROVEMENT WITH STAFF!!!!! will never be coming again.

Seating comfortable, screen rather small in cinema 2 so sit near the front Probably not worth booking in advance due to additional cost If you have an electric car, forget about charging in St Stephens all charging points taken and after 4 hours same cars were there so obviously staff using them

Good service, especially for disabled people. Went to see a 3D film recently. The theatre was small but ok. My observation was the sound quality was lacking, hence the 3 stars. Sound is critical to my enjoyment, I like the rumbling and vibrations, and for those who may experience impairment visually, immersion in sound can be as impactful. That being said, the staff were very pleasant and welcoming, the team went above and beyond to get us booked in. Will go again, but sadly for block busters I will go to another venue to chase that sound experience I enjoy. 5 star service, 5 star price, 4 star screen (some subtitles were not visible) 2.5 star sound, 4 star cleanliness.

Small screens but perfectly adequate for the size of the theatre. Friendly staff and decent snacks. Easy parking in the same building.
