My little boy came to Woodlands also from April 2024 to Sept 25. Joined from the baby unit. Chose woodlands also, due to babies being new, fresh & clean as newly built. Also loved the separate unit gardens & the large garden as well as the soft play/playzone area. The team in baby unit helped us with sleep, eating & routine for our baby. A lot of the staff are smiley, friendly & will help you with any concerns or support you need. Easy access with parking and got regular updates on Tapestry with his time at the nursery. The management team have been great addressing any help, support or concerns. Also helpful with funding & passing on any messages to the team. My little boy loved this nursery & has achieved and learnt so much from them. Would recommend as a small, helpful & friendly nursery.

The worry of parents, especially new parents entrusting the care of your little ones to anyone else but yourself can be can be an intimidating and frightening experience and rightly so. However the team at Woodlands do an exceptional job with their strive and determination to put parents mind at ease. I have had the pleasure of entrusting the very superb care of my babies to the team at Woodlands and not a single day have I regretted this decision. They have an excellent management team that are committed in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children as well as keeping parents up to date with news and upcoming events. And I cannot stress enough what an incredible job the staff do taking care of my boys, I have a little one in the baby unit and another one in pre school, the baby unit is ever so welcoming and always full of enthusiasm every morning I drop my baby off, he literally leaps out of my arms into theirs with a huge and captivating smile on his face which fills me with immaculate confidence every morning that my baby is going to people who will provide him with the best of care. They also provide tapestry updates throughout the day to ensure I don't miss out on the action my little one has been up to during the day and I always pick up one happy little chap at the end of the day. With a toddler in pre school as well, I have had the opportunity to see his development throughout his years in Woodlands and had phenomenal support from the staff and management team as he had some developmental issues - some which I wouldn't have noticed myself as a first time parent which is a testimony to the remarkable skill and experience of the team at Woodlands. Overall I only have the sincerest of gratitude, admiration and resect for the team at Woodlands and there isn't a better nursey in the area I could have picked for my boys.

There is no management at all in this place now. My first born was with woodland 4 years ago and we are very lucky we got Colette who looks after my kid give her the attention and patience. Because of her, we decide to send my second kids to woodland also too even its quiet a distance for us and this become the most regretfully decision. When the room manager Kam still there, he got a person actually look after him, everthing is fine. Less than a month when Kam go on maternity leave. I been informed at pick up my 3 year old been bitten on his back with a huge teeth mark. I asked what has happened and being informed no one knows because his key person is on lunch break. On the accident form they said its started by my kid wanted a toy the other kid had. So the nursery implied it's my kid's fault. I required the Manager to call me back and when Toni called back, she said the staff said this, staff said that. And I asked did you actually checked CCTV to tell me what has happened? She said no, and she went back checked CCTV and it was my kid had the toy, the other kid try to take from him and bited him on the back. I was so angry and disappointed. Me and my parent went in for a manager meeting, we made very clear, we are not angry because kids fight or staff go on lunch. We are complaining about this rubbish management! When we go in, there is another so called senior manager I never see with kids or in kids room before, more people in office than the staff actually with kids on the second floor. And they promised will improve the management. And today, I went to pick up my kid, he is wiping tears quietly when I walk in, and as soon as he saw me, he burst into tears. Again, no staff know what has happened until other kids said he been pushed and bullied by 2 other boys. This nursery has made me so disappointed. The management is so rubbish. I use to see the manager Toni on play ground 4 years ago time to time chatting with staff. When my second kid go there, I never saw her in kids room. Only when there is a complain. Apparently for their so arrogant management team, changing nappy and looking kid is dirty work now, they just need to be sit in office do managing work. And when she called, her job as manager dont know who at that time should he on shift, who should be my kid's key person. I will never recommend this nursery to anyone and the owner of this business, you should get some proper person who really work to be the manager. Im sure I will get such reply like our manager do work in room just not the day when you in etc. For this kind of thing happen again and again, I can only say whatever excuse you have, your management team is rubbish. Of course I have prepared for full ofsted complain, the system can judge what exactly the problem is.

Absolutely lovely nursery. The staff are extremely loving and caring which is just what you want when you're leaving your children. They do lots of creative play, outdoor and community activities. I would highly recommend this nursery, they have been brilliant with my baby and 2 year old and follow care plans with so much care and attentiveness and always check in if unsure. 10/10!!

Looking for a nursery is a daunting experience for a first time parent, however from the moment we entered Woodlands we felt at home. Everyone was so welcoming and all the kids looked happy and busy! My son has been anxious about going to nursery but all the workers have really helped him to feel happy. The kids get so much stimulation, there are so many activities! The menu is also great, with so much variety!

My little boy started at Woodlands Also after spending 2 years elsewhere (house move) I was initially worried about how he would settle but needn’t have. The staff were just fabulous. The questionnaire they fill out prior to starting was so thorough that I really felt like they wanted to know what my son was about. My little one comes out so happy everyday he is there and I can’t ask for more than that. I really recommend this nursery.

Wonderful nursery. After moving to Titchfield in September we needed to find our toddler a new nursery in the midst of a pandemic. Woodlands couldn’t have been more helpful and supportive. Our son absolutely loves the care & nurturing he receives. He is excited when we drop him off and doesn’t want to come home at pick-up. The activities he does at Woodlands have improved his skills and, more importantly, he is happy and comfortable. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Trusting someone else to look after your first born is a tough decision (well was for us anyway) the minute we walked into woodlands also our eldest ran off to play while we talked with Stacey (back before covid). We honestly can't rate woodlands enough. They look after your children like their own and truly care about every aspect of their development. From the amazing home cooked meals, outside play, the mud kitchen, fairy house, and so much more. Our eldest starts school in September and woodlands have given him all of the foundations to start the next stage of his early education. Thank you woodlands also :)

Our family joined Woodlands in November 2019 and now both of our children attend their setting. The pandemic has thrown its fair share of issues but overall the outcome has been the best we all could of hoped for. Whilst as a parent it has been incredibly frustrating and stressful at the best of times, the setting has lead from the front in terms of containment. I certainly felt we would of seen much larger numbers and occurrences but it really has been what feels like the bare minimum. To date we have never stepped foot inside with our son who joined the sitting during lockdown and his transition was done with the upmost care. We really do look forward to getting a chance to explore the setting with him when times allow. Our children have attended both settings throughout their journeys with Woodlands and they love both settings and they have created unmeasurable bonds with their key workers. The staff on the ground really do provide the best service when it comes to children's development, care and enjoyment. Soon it will be time for one of our children to graduate and I already know this will be very tough for them to say goodbye to what they feel is their second home.
