A wonderful experience. Very calming in a relaxing warm atmosphere. Lovely environment in an old barn with beautiful lighting and a sound bath which was restorative and relaxing. Anita was very welcoming and finished the session with healthy Christmas nibbles !
Anita's soundbath at Northney Tea Room barn this evening was just perfect. Starting with gentle, warming stretching before settling down to a glorious guided rest with sound and vibrations. All followed by a very tasty non-alcoholic winter warmer and cake. Everyone should treat themselves or a loved one to an Anita Soundbath
Love coming to Anita's class each week. Always explains everything clearly and gives options if you cannot do a position/movement. Beautiful relaxation at the end of the class. Would thoroughly recommend anyone to her classes
Anita's classes are good for the soul! A wonderful mix of nourishment and challenge. Anita works hard to bring us classes on theme with the seasons and rituals of the external world and guides us, through her teaching, towards balancing that internally. So much added value!
