   So far so good my one year old has been in the baby room for a couple of days a week. Yes there has been a few minor issues with the odd day that the journal doesn’t get updated but overall the staff have been helpful. One slight negative I do have is the car park is tiny for the amount of kids that are in there and sometimes the road which is very rural can be a pain to negotiate. For now we are happy with the care that the hard working staff are providing. Only time will tell how we get on as my child develops.

   It’s with much regret I write this, as so many staff seem very sweet but I’ve met a few parents now who, like me, pulled their kids out because they didn’t settle or seemed unhappy. It was only after I saw my son in a different setting did I realise the extent of his discomfort; basically he’s a different child! Because Loveders is terrible at updating any journal or providing any real feedback at pickup, we didn’t know what was going on. But now I suspect my Son (whose shy at first) was extremely unhappy due to high numbers of children, chaotic situations and not enough attention in general. I wish I’d known earlier!!
