   Being fair with a 3 star review based on when we have visited and been able to get in we've always had a nice time and my sons really enjoy the equipment. Staff are always nice and the food is good. But its dropped because I've been allowed to book a session online today and when I've arrived the place is locked up with no notifications anywhere of a closure. Have reached out for a refund so hope this gets sorted quickly. A Facebook post to say you're closed or something online to not allow people to book when you're not open would be really helpful so people don't waste their money. Edit to say unfortunately after I'd attempted to call and left a voice mail and sent an email to the company, I've had no response. I had to go through my bank to get the money back.

   Had many play dates here, my little girl loves it and the staff are super friendly and always help when needed. Food is reasonably priced and always arrives fresh and tastes nice. The only issue I have with the place is the toilets, often at least one is out of order, went the other day and nearly fell down the toilet as the seat slid to the side and there's always a rank smell in the disabled toilet. However I will still go again as there's more positives then negatives and the staff are forever cleaning to keep the place clean.

   Cold if you're just sat watching kid's play but if you're brave enough to play then not a problem great staff they bend over backwards to make it a fun experience

   I have visited a couple of times with my Grandson. With no problems. Until my last visit. It was very poorly organised and the staff did not seem to be able to cope with the party of extra 25 children, as well as the normal general public using the facilities. the facilities seemed well over occupied. The safety of the children was very poorly organised the entry gate was left open several times. The staff did not seem to cope with the servicing side of customers for food and drinks. Had to remind them several times for my order of drinks. I will add a young male member of staff did approach myself and apologised for the running of the facilities which is something! Very disappointed!

   Giving it 3 as the equipment is actually soft and my son had a good time. However, the toilets seriously need looking at. The girls toilets stunk and they were filthy. My partner took my 4 year old to the boys toilet and it was covered in pubic hair. I struggle to believe they were actually looked at by someone with their eyes open. If it wasn't that for that I'd rate it higher and it is something that can easily be sorted.

   To the staff member I dealt with today booking in my daughter play date on her birthday I want to say well done in handling the teens who ignored you and your colleague. You was polite and professional in dealing with them the place was empty as it was a school day and lunch period you remained calm even though they ignored you and didn't listen to you when you asked them to leave. I will ensure I say to the manager that you are a lovely member of staff

   Recently reopened. No more than a dozen kids in so guess the word hasn't got out yet. Happy to see that the premises are now clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and attentive.......BIG improvement there. Menu is much as you'd expect for this sort of thing and food was OK. If it stays up to par I'll be happy to return. Oh and they do a loyalty card too which they stamp on each visit. After 5 visits you get a free child on the 6th.

   (01.11.2021) Today we had the opportunity to celebrate my son's 7th birthday here. And honestly, I don't recommend this place! The children's meal was served at 5:30 pm, where birthday party was from 3:45 pm to 6:00 pm. Where's the time for a cake? I had to ask children's parents to stay a little bit longer because we had to wait for the cake to be given to the children. Of course, everything was reported to the birthday host, but she didn't seem to be concerned. The organization of this place is terrible. As a mother of a child, I had to make sure that the jugs with a drinks were full for the children. I do not recommend this place! I'm not satisfied with this place, of course, when it comes to prices, they are not too bad, but I would rather pay someone more but I would be 100% satisfied.
