Really poor experience with this college/ Paid for a 13 week part time course to begin September 2024, however there wasn't enough overall interest so the course was moved to February 2025. This didn't suit me personally and professionally and I asked for a defferal to the next batch which would have been September 2025 but the college wouldn't accomadate me. Such a waste of money and a bad taste in my mouth.

Tip from a French business school student: you should renovate the exterior and interior of Dublin Business School Castle House to attract even more attention from customers, partners and students. You've recently built a second DBS building behind the first in the same street which is all much newer and much more beautiful and modern compared to the main one, so make your two buildings the same!

The worst school I have ever dealt with. Admissions department is absolute mess. Inconsistent and misleading information given by staff. One member of staff said I was eligible, another said no. After long exchange of emails I got invited to interview but I was told "we don't know who you are, you are not on our list and we don't have your application here". Never been treated so terribly and experienced so much unprofessionalism. As many pointed out in their reviews, DBS discriminates against perfectly suitable candidates. After two long months and receiving all the information they asked for, useless admission staff made up reasons why I was not qualified. Not surprisingly, since then, I have met at least 10 people who told me to stay away from DBS, including their former students. Weeks after I received an email from admissions asking me whether I got a feedback from interview from the program I didn't even applied for. This institution is a joke.

Awful college! Super expensive for no reason, majority of classes only online, no campus, arrogant student union and most annoying of all, unable to check exam results due to the website being down 24/7. Lecturers are nice, thatβs the only plus point really. If youβre just looking for a degree while laying in bed, the college is fine, but if youβre looking for a real college experience, stay miles away!

If you are a foreign student thinking of coming to do your postgraduate here, don't. The school has zero commitment to the students, the schedules are messy, most of teachers are not prepared to teach the subjects, a lot of online classes that are so confusing and have the poorest content. Strongly not recommended.

I was trying to use the printer for student. It wasn't working and nobody helped me even though I was begging for them for an hour. They didn't care about the student. Such a shame that whole school cannot handle one printer and they were blaming me all the time. It is your phone, it's because of your Internet bla bla.

DBS was the worst institution I've studied my whole life, even considering that I did a previous degree in a "third-world country". Having professional experience in the field I've chosen to study at DBS and also having a previous degree on the same area I can tell that main topics of important modules are not given to the students in my class. There are lecturers with an amazing professional CV or even great career achievements, but at the same time I've seen people learning or understanding nothing from them, even different groups would tell they couldn't follow the classes. One of those terrible lecturers once refused to give explanations or clarify the topics "explained". The college has no transparency with the students and all information given ate mostly not accurate or incomplete. I was January intake and my class just found out we were not having holidays 1 month before the end of our classes, at the same time that we were taken by surprise by the college saying we would have to pay earlier than expected. Every single staff give different informations, in a way that you talk personally, give a call, send an email and get 3 completely different answers in all your attempts.

So we did an our final exam research methods 1 for April intake 2022 for our masters program. Exams results came out and we moved on to next semester. Only for the university to send us an email telling us we have repeat the exams done in research methods 1 because they noted some 'Academic Impropriety'. PS this was after all results have been given to the students and we have started the next semester classes. See attached. Please note they will not help in accommodation at all. Especially with the Housing crisis in Ireland- so long as you have paid school fees, they don't care. PS: other universities have campus accommodation DBS has none. Be careful international students as you pick your college of choose.

One of the best schools around the Dublin city, they have very supportive staff members and experienced lecturers. My experience as a student was really amazing, I highly recommend the school if you are willing to work hard and explore.
