   After an enjoyable training day with Naomi, it was a real let down as after care was sub standard. No support even after the assurance of 'Ongoing mentoring and support' on booking training. Majority of emails ignored by both the company and worryingly director, chasing for a response some times for up to a month. Concerns emailed across were ignored. Felt very much like once the money had been exchanged youre left to it. Very dissapointing.

   Thank you so much to Naomi and everyone at Shop PMU Beauty & The Clinical Academy. After previously training elsewhere where training was rushed, I left with so many questions and lacked the confidence to go away and set up my own business. 3 years later I decided to invest again into doing another microblading course with the clinical academy and I couldn’t be happier with the training I’ve received. Naomi has given me the confidence I needed to build my microblading business, I honestly can’t thank you enough.    I booked a PMU course with The Clinical Academy in 2021, due to work and life it took me a little while to complete, I have just passed first time and received my super shiny certificate today. I cannot express how supportive, informative and friendly the staff are. Everyone is so happy to be there, the clients included! There is nothing negative to say, however I had some issues with the equipment supplied with my course package, no fault to The Clinical Academy but Sarah and Naomi have been so helpful in every aspect of continuing my learning, and helping me with the technical issue I have. There are even Facebook forums and support groups if you ever have any questions or problems. I would highly recommend!

   If you are investing in your future and want the best training around this is the place to be. The Clinical Academy is an established training company and highly regarded within the beauty sector. They set the standards for others to follow. Naomi is a phenomenal trainer her knowledge and candour will get you through any of the training you sign up for. The premises are beautifully laid out, the staff are welcoming and friendly, this is a polished set up. From reception to the training room , parking and accessibility even overnight accommodation all your needs are catered for.

The training has clearly been very well organised and Robyn was fantastic, made me feel at ease during training and was very approachable. The fantastic lunch provided was also an added bonus!
