   Utterly useless, and lazy to boot. Everything online says this Post Office opens at 9am, the Post Office Customer Service states all stores open at 9am. This useless individual in this Post Office states he opens his doors at 9:30am but will start in the New Year opening his doors are 10am! Customer Service says he's not allowed to make that decision! Yet, I was stood outside from 8:50am, he opened at 9:30am and was beyond rude. I have listed a complaint, and have explained what this teller is doing. Refused my parcel "It's to heavy for us to take!" It was 8.35KG! Evri took it no bother. This teller is driving customers away from the Post Office! To anyone reading this, put in the extra mileage and go to Brooklands, Evri team are amazing.

   Very scruffy, dirty and run down post office. The entrance door and windows were so dirty I paused wondering if the Post Office had been closed down. Staff member was fine when I got to be served but I was left waiting as the only customer in the queue for a few minutes while the lady completed some other work. No warmth or hint of apology and the way the staff member seemed to hide behind the security window was depressing. I got to send my parcel so that was good but an utterly joyless experience.

   It’s a very run down Post Office. Large, empty space with only one counter running. Obviously needs to be moved into a smaller location, which can be looked after properly.

   I find the Gent and Lady who work on the counter very helpful and polite, you usually reap what you sow - people who have bad attitude and are rude to staff as I've witnessed are the very people who post bad reviews - Look in the mirror. I can't remember the service this post office offers highly enough. A1 - Keep up the good work.

   I work in wellington I Went there 12.20 to post a parcel got there at 12.25 and just as im aproching the door at 12.25 the lady locks the door and says thru the door "closed" I say to her can I please post this quickl as it needs to go today she says no closed and waves at me 'in a cheeky way' so annoying as it supposed to close at 12.30 and it was definitely 12.25. Poor service

   Don't go to this PO, waited in queue , person in front of me got fed up waiting so walked out. People behind us walked out. I waited with my husband for too long a time. Asian man alone serving at desk just served another Asian woman with numerous passports so it was going to be a long long wait. Man oblivious of queue. Dirty, untidy place, big delivery trolly in front of other desk counter, not manned which I thought should be behind the counter. We had to go ourselves in the end felt like we didn't exist.

   The bloke behind the counter told me that I couldn’t use the stamps I had because they didn’t have barcodes on. He tried to get me to buy more. Had to tell him his job. On top of that the service was slow and unprofessional. You don’t need to know why people are sending money abroad. Just do your job. It’s none of your business.

   Went to the post office twice today, with a very important letter regarding my state pension. Well the office should be open today but it wasn't. Strike action should not affect the post office, I learned. But Wellington is something different.

   This place needs better management and a refurb. There was a parcel trolly in front of the till rather than behind and I was asked to put my parcel on the trolly after they had processed it. Any other post office would of taken it off you and put behind the till where it's safe. Anyone could walk in and out with those parcels. It's an absolute dump, structure does not look safe at all, ceiling hanging in areas, empty shelves hanging, dirty. How it this place even allowed to be open to the public.
