   If I could get 0 stars I would. Awful experience with this company. Some damage was done to my car during a service and the manager on duty apologised and gave me my money back. He gave me their email address to speak to his manager to discuss this further. I emailed and waited to hear back and after a week of not hearing anything from them, I called them to enquire if they had seen it. I was met with one of the rudest people I have had the misfortune of meeting. He informed me he had seen my email but did not care to respond and that he had done nothing wrong as he has cleaned my car. He informed me he was the manager despite the manager on duty when the incident occured informing me that it was one of the people under him that had cleaned the car - not a manger. When I asked to speak to his manager, he yelled at me, spoke over me, and kept telling me HE was the manager despite also saying he wasn't the manager and that we weren't allowed to speak to his boss until after he had spoken to him. When I asked to be put in contact with his boss, he hung up on me after yelling about me not listening to him and essentially calling me a liar about my car's history. When we phoned back to ask if he could pass our info over to the manager and enquire his name he told us he was Matt Damon and that he wouldn't have given us our money back and then hung up again. I am incredibly disappointed with this company. I only wanted to speak to someone higher up to discuss this situation, but this employee has utterly ruined any expectations and positive thoughts I had. I was open to communication but this employee was so unhelpful it was a complete hinderence to have even phoned. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be left with a damaged vehicle and a horrible customer service experience.

   What a terrible job, paid £47 said did not need to bother with the boot because it had stuff, but they didn’t even cleaned under the seats properly, on the car door, and stained the sat nav screen by spraying god knows what. Extremely dissatisfied, they didn’t even whisper the seats. The outside of the car had been washed the previous week by another company so is not as they had a lot of work to do. See photos to make up your own mind.

   Decided the car needed some much needed care and attention before embarking on a road trip. I have no pictures of it before, but driving home after receiving the ‘Showroom valet’ was a real treat as it felt like a new car again. Even down to the feeling of the AC controls, everything was top notch. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

   Was here today to get car washed and inside cleaned and hovered man asked if all rubbish to be removed I said yes came back to collect car and pay not impressed with the inside doors inside not touched still dirty and not that well hoovered very disappointed ☹️

   I got the Standard Valet Service done on my car an honestly its ben the best one I've had yet. Several other places have left out areas that were tough to clean or hard to reach and these folks got it all. I've never seen it so clean and all for £23 and 45 minutes. Unbelievable service !

   Bought a used car that was needing some deep cleaning, interior had been neglected. Purchased the showroom package and it did not disappoint. Seats and carpets were shampooed and vacuumed. All interior was detailed to make the vehicle definitely showroom worthy, especially for an older model. Definitely worth it, staff was friendly. Drop off and pick up was smooth.
