   I had begun to explain what is a slightly complex and multifaceted case, was almost immediately interrupted whilst summarising the first aspect, was asked to discuss a completely different aspect before I had got even 10% of the way through the first aspect, was completely misunderstood, and within a couple of seconds was told they couldn't help and the call ended. I was taken aback but am glad in a way, because a solicitor in my book should take time to understand the matter at hand before judging. If this Solicitor had taken a few minutes he could have understood. This call lasted 4 minutes from beginning to end. I don't think you can adequately understand two aspects to a year-long case in 2 - 4 minutes. This is a pity as he could have proven excellent as per many other reviews.
