Roland in the Kilkeel office is great; personable, no nonsense, best advice on those matters that come up from time to time, and Louise in the Newry office diligently pursued my Residency status for something like 2 years (accepting legal aid), her assistant Ashley was also competent, up-to-dare on my case whenever I needed to contact them, and they worked really hard for me and won the day, just as if I had been paying standard hourly rates. And even let my after if the Kilkeel branch isn’t open and the call gets forwarded to Newry, even the reception/operator remembers me, who my attorney was, and has never held any inadvertent frustration with the system and process that may have spilled out onto them, they are cheerful, polite, and as helpful as they can be. ANY problem; go here FIRST. They will do all that can be done and do it as well as anyone could, miracles don’t even cost extra and can’t get over that they act like once a client, always a client and will give you quick free guidance on things that hiring them would be more costly than pursuing through other means. Complete trust in them for all matters and appreciate that they treat you so well.
