Firstly i will point out that the portal was a bit of a headache as it kept asking me for the same info over and over. Good old technology eh. But thats my only criticism. Firstly I spoke to someone called Connor who helped us get started and offered to be a point of contact to kick start the process. Then after that there was a slight change as we ended up going for a different property than we originally wanted. Once that was all cleared up I was dealing with Karlie. Karlie was great throughout the whole process. She was keeping me updated and was readily available via phone also so I could call in and get updates as well as checking what else needed to be provided. I can see there are mixed reviews on here, but am very pleased to say in my case they were great and cannot fault Karlie at all. Overall really pleased and despite some last minute hurdles with the chain we did get there on the day we needed. Thanks once again!

I've given 2 stars as the workflow/platform is relatively good - works well. My low rating is down to my case manager / conveyancer not passing on information/documentation and not being proactive in following up with the lender. I needed to provide a structural engineers report as part of a remortgage - I uploaded it to the platform 2 weeks before completion. Then 1 day before completion my case manager comes to me and asks for the engineers report - he hasn't passed it on. There subsequently were some queries/issues with the report - and there was not sufficient time to remedy - hence missed completion. I've just sent another report - heard nothing back from my case manager - not for the first time I've just ended up going direct to the lender - called - sent the report direct. Called again this morning to the lender to find out status of review. I've pretty much just taken over doing the conveyancers job.

My wife and I recently worked with Your Conveyancer to sell and buy a house. Izaura, who was over seeing our case, was very helpful, always quick to share information and provided clear instructions as to what was required of us. She was always easy to contact over the phone or by email and made what could've been a very stressful process much simpler. Would highly recommend.

We have just purchased our first home through Your Conveyancer, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. A huge thank you to Izaura, who has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The whole process was smooth and efficient. Izaura kept us updated every step of the way and always responded quickly to any questions. We will be using Your Conveyancer again in the future.

Looks great when they send their first email with a portal for clarification of process. Thatβs the best I can say. After this point I spoke to multiple members of the team had a multitude of wrong information. Full paperwork not sent out when requested. Staff on the phone were generally rude or had a not bothered attitude. The portal u spoke about is a waste of time as it always shows as all paperwork complete when it is not so there is not clarity of time scale. Their inefficient service slowed down my mortgage application and cost me an extra Β£500 over a nearly three month period. Escalated this to a complaint and management were no better at resolving the issue. I then had extra fees which were not made clear at the start of my contract. I wouldnβt recommend at all.

Quite oldschool fish and chips bar. Decent food. Atmosphere from late 80's (cool for someone).

An absolute shambles of a company. We used these as they were the appointed conveyancer that came with FREE legals on our remortgage. Unfortunately, we have pretty much had to it all ourselves. I'm unsure what these actually do apart from sending thousands of automated emails asking for documents which you have already provided. I spoke with a lady named Kat who I found extremely rude and arrogant. All of their paperwork that they provide is difficult to fill out and their communication is really poor. Save yourself time, find a good solicitor, these are unprofessional and arrogant!

BEWARE ! BEWARE! BEWARE! If only the star rating could go negative!! I cannot disrespect this company enough. In 2017, I was faced with the difficult task of selling my recently deceased parents' house which was built on the same plot of land which my business is located on. Purple Bricks advertised the property and then 'steered' me to using this useless bunch of incompetents to carry out the conveyancing. Not having had any prior experience in property sales, I took their advice. What a massive mistake that was! I should have definitely returned to my own trusted 'family' solicitor. My first warning sign of YC inefficiency should have been the length of time it was taking to obtain my deeds following the sale. YC blamed the land registers for the delay and they claimed they would keep chasing them but even today, those deeds have yet to turn up, and now the 'conveyancer' dealing with the sale no longer works for YC. A small portion of land belonging to the house had to be transferred to ownership of the business before the sale could conclude and this was done. Naturally, at this stage, the usual due diligence and checks on clearly defining boundaries on drawings and correct wording on title deeds describing the dividing parameters between the two buildings were of paramount importance and needed to be absolutely correct. Fast forward to 2022/23 and my partner and I are now selling the business as we go into retirement. It has only now become apparent how shambolic the YC documentation has been. Outline drawing information which completely contradicts the text of the deeds led to the owner of the neighbouring house being completely misinformed as to exactly what the rights of access should be around the boundary between house and business. This has now given rise to a situation which is going to require legal intervention (and costs) to resolve and correct the errors carried into the land register as a result of YC's shoddy work. Short story is ... it has taken 5 months to reach a conclusion point which should have taken 2 to 3 weeks to arrive at, and we came perilously close to losing the sale. The real 'knife between the ribs' came when we had to reduce our ALREADY reduced sale price by a whopping Β£7000 in an effort to appease our buyer, and all due to YC's lack of accuracy. The stress, the sleepless nights and entire days of wondering what else to do .... I never want to experience again! DO NOT EMPLOY THIS 'COMPANY' AT ALL.

Everyone we spoke to at YourConveyancer was polite and pleasant but I would unfortunately not recommend them to anyone. They managed to pull out the stops at the last minute during our house sale/purchase but it was often difficult to communicate with our case manager and an important piece of information (regarding move in dates) was not passed back to our seller which caused a lot of stress all round, and caused us to lose trust in YC to relay information as required. Our buyer's solicitor was also slow and YC did not chase this as quickly as they could, resulting in missives only being finalised at the last minute.

Excellent solicitors. Dealt with my remortgage, they have a great online case tracker and staff are very helpful when you call up. I don't usually leave reviews but was very worried when they were allocated to my remortgage by the lender and I read the online reviews. However I had no issues and I would highly recommend.
