   Not approachable and not friendly. I was asking for employment legal service but the person at the front desk (not sure if he is the lawyer himself) showed uninterested gesture to entertain me, a potential customer. If the firm does not offer the service I was looking for, he could just say things nicely. Might be I am not local or someone he feels unimportant to give his respect to.
