I have asked John Mc Burney to advise and act on my behalf several times over the last 20 odd years. On each occasion, he has achieved a favourable outcome, which has negated any further proceedings within the judicial process. On a personal note, I found him him very “down to earth,” and from our first encounter, his excellent communication skills and pleasant demeanour, made me fell at ease from the “get go.” Given that most of the issues had caused me undue stress, he was excellent at eliciting all relevant information without causing any additional anguish or concern, then suggesting the best course of action to bring the matter/s to a successful conclusion. Hence, 5 star approval.
