   I do not recommend this company following my recent experience. After 6 months building relationship (at my cost) my solicitor submits a court claim and then leaves without notice and is not replaced. It was over 6 weeks before I had an email from someone else (sadly just to ask me for money and not offer some apology) leaving me feeling abandoned and at a huge loss as all the fees I had paid amounted to nothing. Upon communication with greta the firm are not taking accountability of their actions. How one can attempt to justify that 11 days is a reasonable respond time during a 21 day time frame is beyond me, especially as it turned out, they didn't even respond after 11 days, it was actually 6weeks by which time I had sought other means to settle). If I could give 0 stars, this is what they’d receive. Strongly advise to not use this firm if response times and being treated respectfully (as a paying client ought to be) are important.

   Not professional, would not recommend services. They mislead & lie, and cannot keep accurate files. Staff are rude, and not accountable of mistakes and poor record keeping. If I could give 0 stars, this is what they’d receive. Strongly advise anyone to seriously not use this firm.

   These are bad solicitors overcharge and even for emails would you believe their fee per hour is far too high i found one soon after half what brooks charge. and reception staff are not discreet babbling out peoples personal private details when answering the phone and also to people walking in to sit and wait for an appt can hear everything being said. for just a couple of letters a phone call and some emails it was over £500 inc v.a.t. rediculous and i found out off friends who had used them just how bad they were and had i known this i would never have used them in the first place. i will never ever use them again and recommend to anyone reading this review that they don.t either.

   Very helpful and friendly. The solicitors here give helpful advice and good hints for mortgages etc. Communication is also reliable and that is key in many transactions.
