I was very happy with the service provided by Kay Buckley of Axis Professional Services Ltd in relation to the sale of my late father’s bungalow. Everything went pretty much to plan and I was kept up to date throughout the process. I had the pleasure of working with Kayleigh as she managed the very efficient conveyancing of my buy-to-let sale. She remained calm and very professional during the entire process which has taken 13 months. I on the other hand, I was not quite so calm. This was due to an original sale that fell through and then finally a sale whereby the buyers solicitor proved to be totally incompetent and was eventually fired after wasting a great deal of time. Fantastic solicitor. I've purchased my first home through them and everything was dealt with thoroughly, carefully and yet with speed. The solicitor knew I was on a tight turnaround with a mortgage offer, and seemed to go out of her way to ensure everything fell into place, while ensuring it was all as stress-free as possible. Always quick to respond to emails and calls, very helpful and great with advice. I will definitely use them again if and when the time comes.
Kay was so helpful and fast at getting my house sold. I had updates and emails frequently from Kay to keep me In the loop and she also helped me with parts that I wasn’t sure of carrying out when it came to the selling process of my house.
