   Leanne was recommended to my friend for her efficient and professional services in conveyancing. She kept me updated in every step of the process, always have the end result in mind rather just the immediate task, and is always responsive. Without her help I would not have completed the house purchase in two months time just in time for Christmas. I would also like to say that Aino from the secretary team is a star, it has never taken her longer than 2/3 hours to reply to me! Overall very happy with Leanne and what Andrew Jackso have to offer.    This review relates to the use of Andrew Jackson for conveyancing of two properties. In both cases the solicitor who dealt with me was Mr Dodd whom I found to be highly competent and easy to deal with. When detailed advice was needed it was given in a considered manner. When urgent action was needed by him, it was forthcoming. After my experience with him on the first conveyance, I choose to use him for the second even though cheaper quotes were available. In the unlikely event I need a third conveyance my first call would be to Mr Dodd!

   Dealing with my Aunts will at the moment been 10 months still no further on. Get told same thing over and over. My brother actually handed over all information they keep saying its minimal so why aren't they doing their job?2 weeks ago asked to speak to someone other than person Dealing with the will. Nothing. Messaged again this week Nothing. My family will never make a will, wills are supposed to make things easier this has been Nothing other than stressful . Definitely would not use or recommend

   John Taylor dealt with the conveyancing for both the selling of our property and purchase of our new house. It was a complicated move, due to unforeseen circumstances but, throughout the process, he was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and knew the exact state of our file. Whilst he was away, his colleague Claire Ryder took over and she too was professional and communicative. It was easy to get hold of John and he really did guide us through a process that made us nearly lose our sanity at times, so I can't thank him enough!

   Notary services minefield. Called to enquire about a notary service but conflicting information was too confusing and their prices fluctuated every time we spoke. Went elsewhere in Scarborough instead, much more professional and helpful.
