very nice service! surprise the guy didn't scream at me when I cancelled 2 appointments and made another in less than an hour, the guy who drove me was a lovely guy and talkative, a bit on the pricey side but the service was lovely
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Booked a taxi for pick up at 1am, got a confirmation text with the details. We were at an event so I wasn't looking at my phone, missed calls at 12.30 from the taxi saying they were outside 30 minutes early. When I rang them back just before 1 they said they waited 20 minutes but had left and our pick up was booked for 12.45. Total rubbish as their system had send me the confirmation message at for 1am. Operator basically said this was my issue and the taxi was for 12.45 they'd tried to ring me and then hung up on me. Worst service do not use, totally unreliable.
Short visit to northern Ireland saw on google called to book a car from belfast city airport to Downpatrick. I must say the staff answering phone was very friendly and polite. Driver was there on time. first time in N.ireland and it was good experience 5 star for a staff would recommend for a airport run for sure

John and his drivers are absolutely excellent, I wouldn't think of using any other taxi firm! Pricing is consistent and arranging a taxi, pick up and drop is made very simple with the systems they use. Wouldn't go past them!
