   Ordered a taxi, the driver (Bobby) was rude as soon as he arrived telling us he was in a rush and needed to make money. We couldn’t get the pram down so apologised for wasting his time then after he left realised we had left my 2 year olds dummy in his car so my partner rang him back and he said “ no way I’m coming back there, go over and get one from shop ( which I then explained that it was ordered online, which he still said no!) So my partner rang him back and had to offer him money just to bring it back and low and behold he came within 5 minutes. Absolute disgrace, I will never use these taxis again.

   I witnessed one of the worst examples of driving from one of your drivers on Sat 09/11/19 on the Saintfield Road just after Carryduff. He was driving a silver 8 seat vehicle with passengers and proceeded to undertake me at speed and then cut me up by violently pulling in in front of me. This is supposed to be a professional driver but he just acted like he owned the road and everyone else was in his way! He was also speeding the whole way down the Saintfield Road towards Belfast! Rude, obnoxious and disgraceful! You need to have a word with your driver!
