Giving one star because l can't go lower. Wish they wouldn't say 15mins when they mean an hour and fifteen.
The lady on the phone went the extra mile this morning and the subsequent driver was amazing and got my daughter to the airport bus on time, after she slept in! Thank you so much for your sympathy and the extra efforts you went to to accommodate her. It was appreciated so much.
Book a taxi at 2 am. Requested the lady on call like 3 times that please driver to come on time as I have to go airport. Very calmly she replied every-time over the call. Driver was friendly and was exactly on time.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Lost count of how many times they don't show up until you hound them with calls. Refuse to take a booking until train is in the station too. Joke
Would not recommend this company very rude and abrupt operators promised a taxi in 5 or 10 mins when it turns out to be almost an hr. Most drivers are pleasant and friendly although I did get 2 taxis one night at 6pm and again at 10.30pm from just outside newry into town with 2 different drivers on both occasions they never put their meter on which is ridiculous lucky I wasn't a dva inspector!! The fare is usually £3.50 I was overcharged £5 on both occasions.
I'm giving one star because I don't have the option to give 0! I needed a taxi to catch a train as I had an important trip and they stood me up for supposedly not being at the place at the appointed time when there was not even a scheduled time and also if I was on site waiting. I tried to get another one and she spoke to me very badly and decided not to send me any more taxis and also not to answer the phone. The attention from this woman has been PEAK AND HORROROUS to the point that I went blank because I didn't believe what she was telling me. She has hindered my trip but you have lost a client!
your operators are not very polite. I don't know English very well but when I try to explain my position and they drop the phone without even trying to understand me. And such cases are very common. The drivers are all friendly and understanding. Thank them for this. Operators are not polite
Couldn't take an advanced booking because and i quote 'we don't know how many staff we will have at that time' it was tomorrow lol the call handler sounded rude but it could be from being depressed or demoralised from such work
Calls always answered promptly. I needed information about a recurring collection from work 4 nights a week at 2am outside of town and the operators were very helpful. Called at 1:55am and my taxi rolled up within 10 minutes. Nearly always available from outside Ulster Banks square rank which is awesome.
