We just received a delivery from a young lad called Neil. Just want to commend him for his workmanship.. He encountered a few problems owing to the angle of our gates but he thought on his feet and showed great initiative to solve the problems. He then brought our delivery in by hand (they weigh a ton) and rather than leave them outside, he brought them indoors out of the bad weather. He was both pleasant and extremely helpful throughout. Never once showed any signs of annoyance or frustration. A quality much appreciated in delivery services. Credit to your company. Thank you Neil!
