   Since writing my original review, I’ve also started attending the adult fitness classes that run alongside the kids’ sessions. This has been fantastic for me, as it’s allowed me to get back into fitness without needing to juggle childcare or miss out on my own training. The coaches are not only highly skilled but also incredibly accommodating. They genuinely listen to members’ feedback and adapt sessions to make sure everyone feels included and gets the most out of their training. The balance of challenge, support, and community here is second to none. Praetorian MMA continues to impress me both as a parent and as a member, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. ********** Praetorian MMA is a fantastic club that caters to all abilities, whether you're a complete beginner or more experienced. My two children participate in both BJJ and Boxing, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The coaching is excellent. The coach has a real talent for breaking down complex techniques into easily understandable steps, making it accessible for everyone. This is especially beneficial for beginners who might feel intimidated by martial arts. What truly sets Praetorian MMA apart is their inclusive and supportive atmosphere. My son is autistic, and the club has been incredibly welcoming and understanding. Both the coaches and fellow members create a positive and encouraging environment, which has been invaluable for his confidence and development. I wholeheartedly recommend Praetorian MMA to anyone considering trying martial arts.    Best Martial arts centre in Fareham. Great place to train for martial arts and Brazilian Jiujitsu (BJJ). They have MMA /BJJ /Boxing classes for adults and kids. Great friendly atmosphere. The dojo is inviting for anyone from any background and level. Great location martial arts centre with top BJJ and Boxing coaches. And best boxing ring in Fareham. Best BJJ (Brazilian Jiujitsu) classes in Fareham and near me.
