   As I have extremely particular needs in a mattress, I knew from previous experience that the big stores are only out to make a huge profit and not think about the customer's requirements. So with that in mind I went to Bed World and I have to say that I was more than pleasantly surprised. Not only at the HUGE quantity of mattresses and beds, but the sales people's knowledge and lack of pushiness. I ended up ordering late on a Saturday afternoon just about a week before Christmas and was expecting it to arrive in the new year. However, I received a call just a couple of days later and had the mattress delivered within the week! Now having slept on said mattress for about a week I know I made the right choice. Great shop, great choice, friendly knowledgable staff and I got 20% off with free delivery and they'll even take away your old mattress if required. Brilliant shop. 10 out of 10 in my book.

   What a great service! Ordered my mattress online,delivered in less than 4days. The guys brought the new mattress in and took the old one away.Brilliant! It was so well wrapped and not a mark on it. I had priced this mattress online and Bedworld Hull was the cheapest! Would highly recommend,5* Bedworld.

   I ordered a divan bed with mattress, cost me alot of money, however, even though I got told the delivery was between 7amand 7pm, there was no phonecall to say the actual time slot, when they did turn up, I asked the delivery driver's to take it up stairs in my room , the driver refused to help take up a king-size mattress that was way to heavy for me to lift upstairs and he declined, he was very rude, I will not be ordering from this company again.

   Extremely helpful staff with much knowledge of the products they sell. Friendly attitude from all staff. Found what we wanted, but was unsure of if it would fit, staff visited our home, checked sizes and we ordered everything we wanted at a really good price. Will certainly use again and would definitely recommend Bedworld Beverley Road. Quality products at a great price and customer service like it should be.

   Ordered new mattress for electric bed 22.09.22, they advised delivery 27.09.22, delivery made on time. Driver even put mattress in bedroom of bungalow and removed the old one 10/10 Had best gifts sleep in years
